Product overview
The Rustibus 2000 Low was created with the intent of efficiently cleaning areas with extensive pipe work and for use under mooring ropes. This model has been purposefully designed to effectively de-scale and power brush hatch covers, tank tops, and other surfaces using its unique rotating chain drum system. The machine's high-quality construction and ergonomic design make it an ideal choice for the marine industry. It has been specifically created to cater to the needs of de-scaling large surface areas in a fast and efficient manner.
At Rustibus, we take pride in producing machines that are made with ethically sourced materials, built to last for generations and require minimal maintenance. Our machines are designed to be user-friendly and can be operated at dock and during sailing.
The main consumable part is the Disposable Chain Drum. Average lifespan per chain drum is 500 m2. Varying between 300-700 m2 depending on surface.
Delivered ready for use with; 1 Chain drum already installed, 50-meter Cable, and operation/safety manual.

In case of power failure, we also install a voltage trip to prevent sudden starting of the motor upon power restoration.
Additionally, operating our machinery requires the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, eye protection, ear protection, dust mask, safety shoes, and helmet to guarantee maximum safety and protection.
